Welcome to my exploration of the world of 72 scale figures. I am not a novice, but I'm no expert either. I thoroughly enjoy the hobby. I began painting figures around the year 2005. I took up the hobby to help me relax at the end of a long day of work and caring for grandchildren. Painting has served me well. I have made a number of friends through the internet and they have shared some of their expertise with me. I have received enough to think it warrants sharing it with others. I plan to post some of the figures I have enjoyed painting and the advice I have received from others. I am also open to any advice readers of this blog may be willing to give me. Ultimately, I hope for this to become an instructional site where we can learn together how to paint to a higher degree than any one of us are painting today. I also hope to use the site to put the reader on to new models I am made aware of.
The name of the site is Pegasus Figures because I think they provide figures of such high quality as to be a good launching point to discuss the hobby. I am also acquainted with the people behind the production of the figures and hope to keep readers informed of new figures, the progress of those in the works, and models already available.
